- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Incompetent billing staff , billing Manager has no clue how to be professional nor does she have any real clue how to properly Billl insurance after multiple attempts to correct her mistakes and look further into claims I had to have my insurance contact her to clarify and explain why I shouldn't be charged. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Unfortunately, I'm in the camp of don't go here. I went to my appointment after speaking very specifically with the receptionist what I was going the appointment for and they booked the appointment. Once I was in to see the doctor he acted as if I had gone to the wrong place, but ended up providing me with a perscription that "could help" for good measure.
